Please be advised due to COVID-19 restrictions still in place we will be running Sundays game slightly different.

The good news is we are playing Golf remember that.

Please see below on how the day will run

1. All payments for the day to be made via bank transfer as soon as possible. (if you can not do this please contact me directly on 0413 653 643 to discuss)

2. There will be no pre game announcement at the course, all pre game announcements will be made 8.30 PM Saturday the 16th Via team app.

3. Groups will be put together over the next 48hrs and the groups sheet will be put on team app by 8.30 Thursday the 14th. The group sheet will have tee off times for each group allocated. If there are to be any changes to the groupings please let me know no later than 6pm Friday the 15th. I will endeavour to cater for any changes and release the final groupings sheet that evening

4. We ask that you arrive to the course at least 20 min prior to your allocated tee off time. (Please don’t be late)

5. Scoring will be done via two methods
A: each player will mark their own sore card and hand to either me or Mas at the end of the round as usual.
B: An allocated player in the group of 4 will enter everyone’s score on Game Book (stroke score only needs to be entered). Game book will be able to be viewed by all players and a running update on the scores and player standings will be available to all players for the full 18 holes. We entrust that our members are honest and ensure scores entered are entered after each hole by nominated representative.

6. At the end of your round you are welcome to stick around if you chose to or leave as you feel fit to do. There will be no presentation done at the game. Results will be posted on Team App that evening and daily prizes will be presented at the winners next game.

The results for qualifiers for singles match play and reserves will also be posted that evening on Team app.

We are still seeking advise on NTP and LD allowances for the day. If these are still permitted the holes will be announced through team app Fri the 15th. all markers will be provided to the first group and will be required to be picked up by the last group on the day.

I will be there for the first group and will also be there till the last group finish which will probably be me ;). Mass will also be their till the end, one of us will be the first group and one will be the last to ensure all runs smoothly.

I understand this is a lot to take in but like I said at the start At least we are playing Golf.
