Please find below confirmed rules regulations and format for Sunday

1. Allocated Tee times and groups will be put on team app tonight around 8.30. Please arrive 30min prior to tee time. If you wanted to come earlier please ensure its no earlier than 40min.

2. There will be no NTP or Longest drives on this occasion due to handling rules the club has put forward

3. Flag sticks have been removed from all holes, a locating stick is placed at the back of all holes for those using range finders. Please note this is a non removable obstruction, no one is to touch or remove it. If a player interferes with the pole it will count as a 2 stroke penalty. If the pole obstructs a players shot a free drop within two club lengths no nearer to the hole is permitted.

I have attached a highlighted pin placement sheet for your reference. I will have this sheet printed for all players and will provide on the day. The pin sheet shows the location of the hole and the distance from the marker pole.

4. Bunkers
Local rules applied – When a player’s ball lies in a bunker, the player may take free relief once by placing the ball in and playing it from
this relief area:
• Reference Point: Spot of original ball
• Size of Relief Area: One open card length from the reference point
• Limits: Not nearer the hole & must be in the bunker
Please smooth out bunker after shot with your feet

5. We will run Gamebook and score cards as previous notice

6. I will be there to see each person off the first tee and ensure all runs smoothly, Mas will be there at the end to see everyone come in off the last tee and collect all the cards

7. All players will be able to monitor the Leader board on Gamebook through team app under live scoring.

8. Results Will be posted Sunday Evening and any Daily prizes will be provided at the following game.

9. Play will be stroke off the white tees
